We want you to love your purchase from Little Locknick Monsters! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original packaging and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please email us at littlelocknickmonsters@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Washed or worn items

Items without original tags or packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to our limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or print, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at littlelocknickmonsters@gmail.com with photos and order details. We’ll make it right.
