Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak times, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $190 CAD (before taxes and discounts) within Canada.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Local Pickup 

If you are local to Windsor-Essex, we offer free local pickup. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed due to shipping carriers, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any issues. Please contact us at littlelocknickmonsters@gmail.com with your order number.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the U.S. Stay tuned — we hope to expand internationally soon!
